Session length & fees: Sessions are 60 minutes long and my fees for 2025 are R1250 per session.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience, I have a card machine at my practice, so payment can be made onsite at the end of our session.

Medical aid claims: Please note that I run a cash practice. While I don’t submit medical aid claims on your behalf, I will give you a detailed invoice/payment confirmation that you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement after our session.

Late cancellation & no-show policy: Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance on the business/week day before the appointment will be charged the full fee.
